If you register my domain name for me, do I own it or do you?
You do! We register your domain name with you listed as the owner. If you choose to have Fallen Muse WebWorks host your site, we will only be listed as the technical contact. You will be listed as the domain owner, the billing contact, and the administrative contact.

There are so many programs out there now that make it easy for anyone to build a Web site. Can't I just do it myself?
You sure can, and for some people this is a great option. However, we believe that this is the wrong option for most people. Especially for a business.
There are many desktop publishing programs that make it easy to print your own brochures and business cards. In order to receive the most professional work available, though, you go to a professional printer. Web development is the same. You can build your own site, but you will not achieve the results a professional developer will.

Can I have a shopping cart that accepts PayPal?
Absolutely! For sites that we build and host, we install VP-ASP Shopping Cart. The license for the full version is only $135, a bargain for such a feature rich shopping cart program. Or, if you need a little less "oomph" to your shopping cart, we can install VP-ASP Lite, which is only a $95 license.
For sites that we build that are hosted elsewhere, we will install VP-ASP if your host is Windows IIS based. If your host is UNIX based, we will find a shopping cart that works for you.

Do you support FrontPage?
Yes, we do. If you would like FrontPage enabled on your site, simply check that option when signing up. Or, contact us at fp@fallenmuse.com to enable FrontPage on an existing site.
